Rachael Rapetti
My name is Rachael and I am the Patient Coordinator & Consultant for Dr. Haddad. I have worked here for 20 wonderful years and I feel as though this is my second family. The doctors have taught me so much and they keep me striving to learn more. I have attended several LVI continuing education courses, including K7 and Full Mouth Reconstruction training and team building courses. Because of Dr. Haddad I am confident in the work that we can provide our patients. Dr. Haddad and I travel frequently around the United States training and lecturing other Dentists and teams on properly treating TMJ and Sleep Breathing Disorders.
The joy of my job is the patients. To be able to see people walk out our door, not only with a beautiful smile but pain free and able to enjoy their life is so fulfilling to me. I love being with the patient from start to finish, making their experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. My patients become my friends and I feel this is the most important part of my job.
When I’m not at work I spend my time with my husband Gabe, our beautiful daughters and sweet puppy Ally. We love spending time with family and friends, outdoor activities and traveling.

Hi, my name is Nikki, and I am the Clinical Neuromuscular Clinician Assistant for Dr Haddad here at Michigan Center For TMJ and Sleep Wellness. I have been working in the dental field for over 25 years.
My journey began as an assistant in orthodontics. I became very interested in learning more about dentistry and moved onto general dentistry where I dental assisted for the next 12 years, mostly specializing in dentures. In 2009, I was introduced to Neuromuscular Dentistry, and I traveled to take many classes at LVI for advanced studies in TMJ disorders where I received several certifications in the K7 Myotronics Advanced Technology. I wanted to learn more and maximize all my years of experience and knowledge I had to offer and started searching and that is when I found Dr Jeffrey Haddad at Michigan Center For TMJ and Sleep Wellness. I began working with Dr Haddad now for the past 4.5 years and I am so proud to say I’ve joined the best TEAM anyone could ask for. Dr Haddad helps not only patients in pain, but we also save lives with treating sleep apnea, and I am so grateful I am able to help and be a part of this.
For the past 12 years I have been clinically assisting patients for TMJ and sleep disorders. I am very honored of the experience I have learned and am able to do for our patients. Working with Dr Haddad has allowed me to continue to learn and grow so much more. I am doing what I was born and love to do. We are helping and changing people’s lives daily. I am a mother of 4 amazing kids ages 21, 16, 12 and 4. I am engaged to the father of my youngest and he has been by my side helping me raise them and supporting me having a career for the past 10 years together. I love singing, drawing and being around friends and family.
The best part of my job is that every day I get to come into work and tell someone we can help them!

My Name is Christine, I am the Practice Manager and Treatment Coordinator here at the Michigan Center for TMJ and Sleep Wellness.
I have an extensive background working in corporate medical along with administrative settings. I have worked with patients and families for a long time as well ensuring great patient care is received.
I have had the pleasure of training under Dr. Haddad with his extensive knowledge in treating TMJ disorders and Sleep Breathing disorders over the past several years. I enjoy continuous education in Neuromuscular Dentistry and Dental Sleep Medicine along with learning better ways to serve our patients.
It has brought me such joy to be a part of changing patients’ lives on a daily basis; from treating patients that have been told there is no hope, to seeing them leave at the end of treatment, with their lives back and pain free.
I share my love of fishing, photography, traveling and the outdoors with my husband of 17 years, our adorable three-year-old son and our 12-year-old Llewellin setter.
